PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Newfane Board of Selectmen will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING at the Newfane Town Office on Thursday, October 5th, 2000 beginning at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of the hearing is to name and rename the following town trails and a private road.

1. Town Legal Trail off of South Wardsboro Road (TH#1) Name as Silver Mine Trail
2. Town Legal Trail off of Upper Spring Hill Road (TH#23) Rename a section as Upper Pound Road
3. Private Road off of Blueberry Circle Name as Blueberry Circle Extension
All interested parties are urged to attend. Please direct questions to Janice Litchfield, Town Clerk or Doris Knechtel, Administrative Assistant at the Newfane Town Office or contact them by phone at 365-7772.
