SPECIAL MEETING
December 12, 2007

Also Present: Shannon Meckle, Administrative Assistant; Maureen Albert
– Piacsik, Town Treasurer; Todd Lawley, Road Foreman; Joseph
Juhasz, Office of the State Auditor
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. by Joe Mandell
Joseph Juhasz, from the Office of the State Auditor was present to
review past, present and future budgets, past and present Audits done
for the town, and general budgeting practices.
Capital funds vs. general funds were discussed and how to replenish
capital funds, and when it’s appropriate to do so.
OTHER BUSINESS
Peter Rysz made a motion to allow Shannon to take Monday, December
24, and Wednesday, December 26, 2007 as personal and/or vacation days.
Dan Dewalt seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Ellen Darrow volunteered to work on the Selectboard’s Report
for the 2007 Town Report.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:05
p.m.
