MINUTES - SPECIAL MEETING - BOARD OF SELECTMEN
NOVEMBER 7th, 2000
NEWFANE TOWN OFFICE
Any and all corrections to the following minutes will be made at the 11/16/00 Board of Selectmen's Meeting and are considered unapproved until then. Corrections will be noted in the minutes of that meeting.
PRESENT:
Selectmen: Mike Rohan, Jesse Anderson, Lynn Bedell and Richard Dowley
Absent: Carter Van Iderstine.
1. CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Michael Rohan.
2. SPECIAL PAY ORDER
Motion was made by L. Bedell and seconded by J. Anderson to approve
Accounts Payable Warrant #11 dated 11/08/00 for the amount of
$183,687.81. Unanimous.
The warrant included an invoice from
Fitzpatrick Excavating for flood damage work on South Wardsboro Road
(TH#1), Newfane Hill Road (TH#20), & Steep Way (TH#21) and from Lane
Construction for paving and side-dressing for a section of South
Wardsboro Road (TH#1) and a section of Depot Road (TH#2).
3. ADJOURNMENT
Motion was made by L. Bedell and seconded by J. Anderson to adjourn the meeting at 7:05 p.m. Unanimous.
