- SPECIAL MEETING - BOARD OF SELECTMEN
SEPTEMBER 8th, 2004
NEWFANE TOWN OFFICE
PRESENT:
Selectmen: Piet van Loon, Carleton Chaffee, Priscilla Cotton (5:17 p.m.),
and Gary Katz.
Absent: Chris Williams
Also Present: Richard D. Perra, Esquire and Doris Knechtel as Administrative
Assistant.
1. CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting was called to order by Chairman Piet van Loon at 5:00
p.m.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION - POTENTIAL LITIGATION
Motion was made by G. Katz and seconded by C. Chaffee to enter into Executive
Session at 5:02 p.m. to discuss a matter of potential litigation with
counsel, Richard D. Perra, Esquire and Doris Knechtel, Administrative
Assistant present. Unanimous.
Motion was made by P. Cotton and seconded by C. Chaffee to come out of
Executive Session at 6:24 p.m. Unanimous.
No decisions were made as a result of the discussion during Executive
Session.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Motion was made by C. Chaffee and seconded by P. Cotton to adjourn the
Special Meeting of the Board at 6:25 p.m. Unanimous.
