Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes
Any and all corrections to the following minutes will be made at the 02/10/04 Board of Selectmen's meeting and are considered unapproved until then. Corrections will be noted in the minutes of that meeting.

MINUTES - REGULAR MEETING - BOARD OF SELECTMEN
FEBRUARY 5th, 2004
NEWFANE TOWN OFFICE

PRESENT:
Selectmen: Piet van Loon
Absent: Gorty Baldwin, Priscilla Cotton, Gary Katz and Chris Williams.
Also Present: Doris Knechtel as Administrative Assistant.

1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Piet van Loon at 6:30 p.m.
There was not a quorum of the Selectboard present. Chairman van Loon will call a Special Meeting for Monday, February 9th beginning at 6:30 p.m. to transact any business that would have come before the Board on February 5th. The new meeting will be warned.
12. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
