Minutes - Newfane Planning Commission, November 27, 2007, 7:00 p.m. Present: T. Bedell, C. Berdan, J. Feifel, G. Garbe, K. Robinson Guests: S. Fillion, Tony Fratino, Bill Morse, Katy Robinson 1. Chairman G. Garbe called meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. 2. S. Fillion takes the floor and goes over further Zoning Bylaw considerations, including lot sizes, density, potential development. Looking over maps of proposed land use, discussion ensued over Rural, Resource and Village districts, altering the boundaries of the latter to some degree. 3. Decision made to hold no meetings in December. Meeting adjourned at 8:37 p.m. *** Agenda for next meeting, January 8, 2008, 7 pm 1. To further consider draft Zoning Bylaws. 2.
