Minutes - Newfane Planning Commission, November 13, 2007, 7:00 p.m. Present: T. Bedell, C. Berdan, J. Feifel, G. Garbe, K. Robinson Guests: S. Fillion, Bill Morse, Katy Robinson, Piet Van Loon, Tony Fratino 1. Chairman G. Garbe called meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. 2. S. Fillion takes the floor and goes over further Zoning Bylaw considerations, including Article 3 – Establishment of Zoning District and District Standards. The discussion was wide-ranging, with input from audience, contemplating area, dimensional and coverage standards. Also continued discussion of home occupation definitions.
