Minutes - Newfane Planning Commission, October 25, 2005, 7:00 p.m. Present: T. Bedell, J. Feifel, G. Garbe, J. Spencer Absent: J. Borta, K. Robinson Meeting began with a Public Hearing: Planning Commission chairman J. Spencer opened the Public Hearing at 7:07 p.m. to consider the revised Newfane Zoning Bylaws, incorporating those changes as required by 24 V.S.A. Chapter 117. No members of the public were present to comment. J. Feifel made a motion, seconded by G. Garbe, to approve the zoning bylaw changes as presented, and forward them onto the Board of Selectmen for action. The motion was carried unanimously (4:0). G. Garbe made a motion to adjourn the Public Hearing, seconded by T. Bedell, and the motion was carried unanimously (4:0). The Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:13. *** 1. Chairman J. Spencer called the regular meeting to order at 7:15. Reviewing recent meetings, it was determined that minutes of meetings on 8/23/05 and 9/13/05 needed to be presented and approved at the next meeting. There was no meeting as previously scheduled on 9/27 due to a power outage, and no meeting on 10/11 since there was no quorum. 2. Correspondence was reviewed.
