Newfane Planning Commission, September 13, 2005, 7:00 p.m. Present: J. Feifel, G. Garbe, K. Robinson, J. Spencer Motion made and passed to request the Selectboard to sign and agree to Planning Commission applying for a planning grant from the Vermont Municipal Plan Grant Program. (4:0) Motion made and passed to have a hearing on state-mandated zoning bylaw changes on October 25, 2005, at 7;00 p.m., Town Hall. Agree to have twenty copies of the document printed at Mail Boxes etc. Discuss proposal for subdivision regulations at September 27 meeting. Meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m. Gunther Garbe
