Minutes - Newfane Planning Commission, June 14, 2005, 7:00 pm Present: T. Bedell, D. Clarkson, G. Garbe, J. Spencer, Absent: J. Feifel, J. Borta, K. Robinson 1. Chairman Jim Spencer called meeting to order at 7:02 pm. 2. The PC spent the evening working on and discussing the changes suggested by Sue Fillion in her Memo/Review of the Newfane Zoning Bylaw based on Chapter 117 Changes. 3.
