Minutes - Newfane Planning Commission, March 28, 2006, 6:30 p.m. Present: T. Bedell, J. Feifel, K. Robinson, G. Garbe 1. J. Feifel called meeting to order at 6:30. Announced that he had withdrawn his application for zoning administrator. 2. Two applicants for zoning administrator interviewed: -- John Rogers 311 Bonnyvale Road Brattleboro VT 05301 254-5566 -- Katy Robinson PO Box 12 Newfane VT 05345 365-4047 3. Discussion regarding the candidates, and formulation of a communication to the Selectboard. 4. G. Garbe noted a bill from WRC. Motion made and seconded to move payment on the bill. G. Garbe noted that he had instructed the Town treasurer to cash in the PC CD so that bills can be readily paid. 5. Meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m. --March 30, 2006, 7-9 p.m. – Town meeting --April 11, 2006, 7:00 p.m. – Regular meeting, with Sue Filion Tom Bedell, Secretary Agenda for next meeting, April 11, 2006, 7:00 pm 1. Review with Sue Filion meeting and other work on Plan. 2. To work on bylaws. 3. To consider any business that may come before the Planning Commission 4. To consider whether there will be a quorum for an April 25 meeting or not.
