Minutes - Newfane Planning Commission, March 14, 2006, 7:00 p.m. Present: T. Bedell, J. Feifel, K. Robinson, G. Garbe Guest: Sue Filion, WRC 1. J. Feifel delayed at DRB meeting; G. Garbe called meeting to order at 7:08 2. Three applications for zoning administrator, to be considered at next meeting. 1) John Feifel 2) Katy Robinson 3) John Rogers 3. Sue Filion took the floor to discuss sections of the Plan she edited, as well as the public meeting. Sections reviewed: -- Economic Development -- Energy -- Community Facilities As for public meetings, the first of two agreed to in the contract with WRC will be March 30, 7 to 9. Jeff Nugent and Sue Filion will preside, and we’ll split into some focus groups for a SWOT analysis: Strength - Weaknesses - Opportunities – Threats The second meeting will solicit ways to deal with the themes that emerge from the first. 4.
