Minutes - Newfane Planning Commission, March 4, 2008, 6:30 p.m. Present: T. Bedell, C. Berdan, J. Feifel, G. Garbe, K. Robinson Guests: S. Fillion, Bill Morse 1. Chairman G. Garbe called meeting to order at 6:42 p.m. 2. S. Fillion takes the floor and goes over further Zoning Bylaw considerations, particularly Article 5 – beginning with Section 530, Extraction of Earth Resources, reviewing: Section 550 Combined uses Section 560 Mobile Home Parks (How many sites to an acre, six, four, and so on) Section 570 Motor Vehicle Service Stations Section 580 Ponds (We probably need some kind of minimum cubic foot displacement to trigger need for zoning permit.) Section 590 Small Wind Energy Facilities Sue also reviews some editing in section 205, section 209, and ultimately we decide to delete the Certificate of Occupancy (or Completion) section. Section 212.5 will be somewhat revised to combine aspects of conditional use and site plan review. 3. General discussion about a variety of matters, but no action taken.
