1. Chairman C. Berdan called meeting to order at 7:09 p.m.
2. Minutes of December 9 read and approved. (4:0)
3. Memorandum submitted by R. Dudman, dated Dec. 18, concerning changes
to Town Zoning Permit Application. For example, he added an “other”
category for other conditions that may exist; embedding more instruction
into form (and consequently redoing and shortening the instruction sheet),
and so on.
Memorandum of Dec. 29 includes proposed new page.
Sense of PC is that it’s a positive step. It is approved. R.
Dudman will give copy to Shannon, and a memo will be sent to Selectboard
for their approval of it.
