Minutes - Newfane Planning Commission, January 8, 2008, 7:00 p.m. Present: T. Bedell, C. Berdan, J. Feifel, G. Garbe, K. Robinson Guests: S. Fillion, Corwin McAllister, Katy Robinson 1. Chairman G. Garbe called meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. 2. After a variety of inquires from the floor, S. Fillion begins a discussion of Article 3 of the Zoning Bylaws, Establishment of Zoning District and District Standards. The discussion was wide-ranging, with input from audience contemplating area, dimensional and coverage standards, conditional uses. The ultimate consensus was to not proscribe any use under Section 320.2, but to allow for application of conditional use subject to DRB review. Similarly for resource areas. Minimal lot sizes were considered for rural (two acres) and resource (25 acres) districts. 3. There was a brief continued discussion of home occupation definitions (Article 5).
