NEWFANE SELECTBOARD MINUTES

January 14, 2010

NEWFANE TOWN OFFICE 

PRESENT:    Selectboard:   Dennis Wiswall, Jeff Gouger, Gary Katz, Todd Lawley, Christopher Williams

Also Present:  Chris Petrak, Town Moderator  

1.        CALL TO ORDER Gary Katz, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. 

Chris Petrak and the board reviewed the Warning for the 2010 Town Meeting, article by article. Amendments were made. A motion was made by Todd Lawley and seconded by Christopher Williams to add the remaining three unbudgeted Special Appropriations into the budget. The motion carried unanimously. 

A motion was made by Dennis Wiswall and seconded by Jeff Gouger to transfer the $115,999.00 of undesignated funds in the General Fund to the Capital Fund to offset the Capital Reserve Fund deficit. The motion carried unanimously. 

A motion was made by Jeff Gouger and seconded by Dennis Wiswall to approve the Warning for Town Meeting 2010 as amended. The motion carried unanimously. 

A motion was made by Jeff Gouger and seconded by Todd Lawley to adjourn at 6:31 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
